Revive Church McKinney

Our Family has been in McKinney, Texas for three months now and we wanted to send an update on what God has been doing! If you are receiving this email, it means that you have either encouraged our family on this journey, invested in this church plant or have committed to pray for this new kingdom work.

We want to personally say thank you for the impact you have made in our family's lives and for the Lord. These past 3 months have been an encouraging time of adjustment for us, as well as a busy time of jumping head first into this next season in ministry as Church Planters. We are currently working to identify families who will coming alongside us here in McKinney, fundraising, planning our outreach strategy and building relationships with key leaders in the community. There is plenty of work to do, but it is so encouraging knowing that we have a community of believers who are backing us every step of the way. Our family is so grateful for the support of those who have already committed to walk alongside us in this new work. It means more to us than we can express. It renews our excitement every time we get to share with you all that God is doing here in McKinney!

I want to ask you to please keep our family and Revive Church in your prayers. Our greatest prayer needs as of today, are for us to identify leaders, for the Lord to provide funds to support the church plant and for a meeting space for our September 2022 launch. If you are committing to pray for us please set a reminder on your phone and reply to this email letting us know you're in! This is a work that we realize can't be done alone and we appreciate every prayer, word of encouragement and investment toward the work of Revive Church.

Praise Reports

One huge personal praise report is that our kids have already met some really amazing friends here in McKinney. We immediately got them involved in soccer and they have all met friends who we have spent time with apart from practices and games. Leaving friends and family in San Diego was hard for the kids. Bryanna and I have prayed since before our move, that the Lord would bless Elijah, Avery and Jack with new friendships and He has absolutely answered that prayer!

Prayer Requests

The picture above is the view over the fence on our side yard. You can find this same kind of image in different areas all around McKinney since the population is growing at such a rapid rate. Along with the prayer requests listed above, please pray for our new neighbors moving into these homes. We ask that they will know Jesus or come to know Jesus through our witness.
